Musubuga Job Nelson has been in quite a few areas of work where he has expressed some of his interpersonal skills. The places of work include;

While at this place, he served as an engineer of the company where he had the following roles;

• Design and modelling of the different machines to be fabricated
• Checking the work done by the workers if it is properly done.
• Scheduling of the different activities to be done within the week
• Division and assignment of different activities done by the workers.
• Engaging customers and taking care of their needs.
• Procurement of the required material for different works to be done at the workshop.
• Taking records of everything done at the workshop.

2. Iziru Muyombi Garage from 7^th September 2020 to 17^th October 2020 

Where he worked as an industrial trainee and participated in the following activities;

• Motor vehicle repair and maintenance
• Changing engine oil for sugarcane trucks.
• Repairing the steering system of the trucks
• Repairing the clutch system of the sugarcane truck.
• Troubleshooting the different faults in trucks.  

3. McLeod Russel Uganda Limited, Mwenge Tea Estate from 20^th/05/2019 to 20^th/07/2019   

As an Industrial Trainee, he participated in a number of activities as listed below; 

• Repairing of the tea harvesting tools and knapsack sprayers.
• Scheduling of maintenance activities for the different machines used at the factory.
• Taking records of the activities done at the factory.
• Milling and sharpening of the rollers used in the factory.
• Quality control of tea processed at the factory.
• Electrical installation and setup in the newly designed automated withering facility.
